It takes the tireless commitment of thousands of scientific, clinical and support staff at The Campbell Family Institute, the Ontario Cancer Institute and Princess Margaret Hospital to be among the top 5 cancer research centres in the world. Without these dedicated and highly-skilled people, the equipment and the laboratories - discoveries and advancements in new cancer therapies would not be possible.
The centre focuses on research that can be ‘translated’ into clinical therapies safely and effectively, and on research that takes advantage of the reality that we are located in a large multi-cultural city. |
